Lower Laithe and Granary self catering holiday accommodation

 

The 200-year-old stable has been tastefully converted into two self catering holiday apartments Lower Laithe and Granary, using pine timber and rustic fittings to enhance the existing structure.

Each apartment is designed with an open plan kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom or shower room. There are sleeping facilities for up to 4 people, a double bedroom, twin bedroom. Extra beds beds, cots & high chairs available on request. Oil fired central heating in all rooms. Colour television in each lounge.

We now have a joint utility with Washing Machine, Dryer & Sink. also storage & drying facilities for outside clothing.

Free Wi-Fi is available in both apartments.

All bed linen and towels are provided cots and high chairs are available on request.

Both apartments are well - stocked with books, local information books and leaflets, and are decorated with prints and originals by local artists.

The apartments make an ideal base for a walking holiday as well as an ideal base for sight seeing; or just sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

There is ample private car parking, a large lawn and patio area with barbecue facilities with swings & slides. This provides an ideal play area, for unwinding after a day's exploration.

Guided tours of the farm, our own bluebell wood and wildlife ponds are available to our guests.

Change of policy
We will now accept a well behaved dog in the Lower Laithe only, by arrangement.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
